Scan Issue
Since around 10/01/2009 I have been unable to scan documents with my HP Laserjet 3055. This is a month after I started using AdvancedPcTweaker. Previously I was using a different registry maintenance software. It is not clear that the two events are related, but there is reason to suspect.I have a Windows XP system with SP3 and installed the latest HP driver but the problem persists. The message I get that the 'hpqscnvw' routine encountered a problem and has to be shut down. Have you heard a similar problem? What is the solution?
