Windows registry was designed to manage the whole system, so while windows system and other processes are running, it is unavoidable that some registry items are generated and rewritten constantly. Microsoft designs that principle. It is why you found un-repair-able registry issues like empty keys emerge instantly after each scan. These empty keys would not do any harm to PC,and we suggest that it is better for our customer to scan registry every 1-2 weeks.
